Om Home Paint Service Terms and Conditions
Scope of Work: The service includes surface preparation, painting, and final touch-ups as agreed in the contract. Any additional work not specified will be subject to extra charges.
Payment Terms: A 50% advance is required before work begins, with the remaining balance payable upon project completion. Delayed payments may incur additional charges.
Project Timeline: The estimated timeline will be provided in the quotation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or material shortages, will be communicated promptly.
Material Quality: Om Home Paint Service ensures the use of quality paints and materials as specified in the agreement. Customer-requested changes may affect costs and timelines.
Liability: While utmost care is taken, Om Home Paint Service is not liable for pre-existing structural damage or issues arising from hidden defects.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the project start date. Charges may apply for late cancellations.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure work areas are accessible and free of obstructions.
Warranty: A limited warranty is provided on workmanship, valid for 6 months, excluding wear and tear or misuse.
